Steady Threads was created with one mission in mind: to bring people with diabetes together and remind them that they are never alone.

Our story begins with two brothers. Michael lives with Type 1 diabetes and was diagnosed at age 11. The beginning was very hard, filled with fear and adjustment, but over time he showed incredible resilience. Daniel has stood by him through the daily battles, the highs, and the lows. Experiencing this together has shown us just how powerful it is to feel understood, supported, and connected.

Both of us share a love for casual clothing, design, and adventure, and we wanted to create something that reflects who we are while carrying a deeper message. That is why Steady Threads was born, not just to make clothing, but to build a community. Every piece we create carries a message of strength, comfort, and unity, while being casual and wearable every day. These aren’t just clothes, they are reminders that no one has to face diabetes alone.

Our goal is simple. We want to give people with diabetes, and those who love and support them, a place where they belong. We want everyone to feel seen, valued, and empowered, no matter where they are in their journey. In the future, we hope to give back to the community by providing safety, support, and resources for those living with diabetes.
